Position Overview reputed company is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician I to provide reputed company technical support for a growing and modern end-user environment. This role is responsible for supporting users across Windows, reputed company 365, reputed company, and reputed company technologies while delivering exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users reputed company ticketing systems, phone, email, and remote support tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to:reputed company 365 applications and services Windows 11 operating systems MacBook and Dell reputed company devices User account access and authentication Basic reputed company and application issues Administer user accounts and permissions reputed company reputed company. Support password resets, account provisioning, deprovisioning, and user lifecycle activities. Assist with reputed company monitoring, patching, and device management through reputed company. Support reputed company Entra ID-connected environments and assist with identity-reputed company troubleshooting. Document incidents, requests, and resolutions reputed company the ticketing platform. Escalate reputed company issues to senior technical teams reputed company appropriate. Assist with workstation deployments, hardware replacements, and reputed company activities. Support reputed company improvement efforts reputed company to service delivery and user experience. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
