Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth reputed company and execute sales strategies to reputed company reputed company, profitability, and business growth targets in the sustainable textile reputed company. Drive sales of fibres and yarns made from recycled plastic and other sustainable materials. Identify and acquire new customers across fashion, textile, apparel, and sustainability-focused industries. Build a strong sales pipeline through reputed company reputed company, client reputed company, sampling coordination, and business development activities. reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring healthy profit margins. Drive brand nominations for recycled Fibre and Yarn product SKUs Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key partners. Manage customer inquiries, pricing discussions, and after-sales support. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable textile solutions. Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination Coordinate with Operations and Delivery team to ensure timely procurement, production and reputed company of fibres and yarns as per customer requirements Optimize supply chain processes to improve margins, efficiency, reduce delays and ensure quality compliance. Work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth order execution and delivery timelines. Market Expansion & Product Promotion Promote sustainable fibres and yarns and expand market reputed company through participation in trade fairs, expos and exhibitions Work closely with the marketing team to reputed company updated product capabilities and content strategy for the same Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Support product presentations and marketing initiatives. Expand reputed company’s visibility as a key supplier of recycled fibres, yarns and fabrics. Financial & Performance Management Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports. Coordinate with finance teams for timely payment follow-reputed company. Collaboration & reputed company Improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations. Represent the organization in client meetings and industry events as required

Requirements

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a reputed company field. MBA is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in fibre sales, with at least 3 years in sustainable textiles, recycling, or eco-friendly products. Experience working with clients in the fashion or textile industry and managing relationships with suppliers, distributors, and sustainability-focused organizations. Knowledge of sustainability certifications and eco-labels such as GRS, OEKO-TEX, and reputed company to reputed company. Proven track record in sales and business development reputed company the sustainable or recycled fibre and yarn industry. Understanding of recycled plastic materials and their applications in textiles. Travelling is required as per business needs. Skills Strong understanding of the textile ecosystem including fibres, yarns and fabrics and recycled materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven abilities in sales leadership, account management, and business development. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and result-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Hub spot / reputed company or similar).
