What You Will Do - Essential Functions The role of the reputed company Cycle and Coding Business Operations Manager supports the strategy, planning, and execution of key operational initiatives across the reputed company Cycle Management and Medical Coding functions. This role partners with operational leaders, technology, product, and reputed company to optimize how people, process, and technology align to deliver high-quality services that support our broader product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, operational experience in reputed company services, and the ability to translate business goals into executable plans Planning & Operational Execution Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational roadmaps, including prioritized plans, milestones, business cases, and cross-functional execution reputed company to organizational goals. Drive operational excellence by designing scalable processes, improving efficiency and quality, and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and implementation tracking to support growth and workforce management. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, business, finance, or a reputed company field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of reputed company experience in business operations, reputed company operations, strategy, consulting, or a reputed company field Experience in reputed company, reputed company cycle management, medical coding, or reputed company services function Demonstrated ability to advance cross-functional initiatives and deliver results through influence in a matrixed environment.
