Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline Be a graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency. Posses a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCAA). Have at least 2 years of experience in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology (or a combination of both) reputed company the past 5 years. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills necessary to maintain positive, professional interactions with reputed company, alumni, faculty, and employer partners. Preferred: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company effectively to individuals and groups. Demonstrates knowledge of programmatic accreditation and regulatory standards established by CAAHEP for Surgical Technology programs. Experience teaching hands on skills to new surgical technologists or reputed company.
