The Agency Development Manager (reputed company) is responsible for expanding and strengthening the agency distribution channel by driving reputed company quote submissions, increasing written premium, and growing policies in force. This role serves as a strategic business partner to agency partners, providing training, consultation, and ongoing support to help agencies maximize performance and reputed company growth objectives. Generate new premium growth through interaction with new and existing agencies (phone calls, emails, face-to-face visits, etc.). Serve as a subject matter expert on our product offerings and core systems and stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure consistent and effective agency communication. Proactively monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement or additional training. This is a remote position and will require frequent travel for in-person agency visits. Licenses & Certifications: Active P&C insurance license (2-20) Skills & Experience to be Successful: Minimum of 2-4 years of Property & Casualty industry experience. (preferred) Polished presentation skills to conduct virtual and in-person product training.
