This leader will manage a team of messaging and collaboration engineers and administrators, ensuring the reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of M365 services (including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) to reputed company reputed company teammates. Handle recruitment, hiring, performance development, and performance management for direct reports. Collaborate with business leaders, clinical stakeholders, and IT partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions that improve teammate collaboration and productivity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent reputed company technical experience. 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or messaging/collaboration administration.
