Handle recruitment, hiring, performance development, and performance management for direct reports. Collaborate with business leaders, clinical stakeholders, and IT partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions that improve teammate collaboration and productivity. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent reputed company technical experience. 5+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or messaging/collaboration administration. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
