Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join reputed company as a Program Specialist. In this role, you will support the delivery of a reputed company and industrial lighting program serving customers across the reputed company. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth program execution by supporting operational processes, coordinating across internal teams, and contributing to reputed company program improvement efforts. This position is highly operations‑focused and internal‑facing, with an emphasis on program coordination, data tracking, reporting, and process improvement. The role will support multiple program offerings, acting as a key resource to identify operational gaps, reputed company solutions, and ensure program accuracy and efficiency. While not customer‑facing, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and program leadership to drive execution and meet evolving client needs in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation
