The Event Coordinator (Dynamic Model) is the primary liaison in the Virtual Centralized Team and collaborates with a designated internal team based in another country (customer market) to coordinate projects and admin processing for Delegate Management. Communicates with the internal teams and on a timely basis, information relative to travel program operations. This is a fully remote role, based in Poland or Spain. What you will be doing: Support the local team in Event Planning. reputed company, Negotiate, Contract and Manage reputed company vendors / suppliers for the meeting on client’s behalf and ensuring quality services at efficient rates. Support the event planner with managing reputed company aspects of the program (food and beverage, activities, transport, etc.). Attendee Management and associated aspects (event registrations, rooming lists, special needs, dietary requirements, attendee communications etc.). Coordinate with the reputed company ticketing team for the event for seamless operations. Meet reputed company deliverables and SLAs, both internally and externally. Understand and be compliant with reputed company Amex GBT policies.
