In-House Legal Counsel
This is a remote position. We are seeking an reputed company In-House Legal Counsel for our client, a high-end London based property business on a flexible retainer basis. This role is ideal for a legally reputed company professional with strong expertise in contract law, reputed company agreements, and dispute resolution. The position will involve approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility required as workload may vary depending on business needs. You will provide practical, commercially focused legal support across a range of operational matters, ensuring the business is protected and compliant while maintaining a pragmatic approach to day-to-day legal issues.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing, drafting, and advising on reputed company and reputed company agreements Providing guidance on terms of business and client agreements Supporting with payment disputes and debt recovery processes Advising on legal risks and reputed company reputed company Managing or supporting resolution of legal disputes reputed company they arise Ensuring compliance with relevant reputed company and contractual obligations Acting as a trusted legal advisor to senior management on an reputed company basis Candidate Profile reputed company solicitor or reputed company legal professional with strong contract law expertise Proven experience in reputed company or in-house legal roles Strong understanding of UK contract law and business agreements Practical, solution-focused approach to legal issues Comfortable working independently on a flexible, part-time basis Strong communication skills with the ability to explain legal matters clearly to non-legal stakeholders Terms Retainer basis: approximately 10 hours per week (flexible depending on workload) Flexible working / Remote Competitive retainer package depending on experience Opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with the business To apply please click the 'i'm interested' reputed company below or email [email protected] for more information.
