Position Overview The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end HR service delivery, including providing analytical, operational, and coordination support across Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll coordination, and reputed company. This role is responsible for running and analyzing HR reports, tracking KPIs, supporting reputed company and hiring activities, facilitating day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring data accuracy and process consistency across HR systems. The HR Analyst partners closely with HR leadership, Recruitment, Payroll, and Program stakeholders to support day-to-day HR operations while enabling data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. Work Location: Washington, D.C. area (remote) Clearance: N/A Job Responsibilities and/or reputed company Factors HR Operations & Service Delivery Support end-to-end HR service delivery across personnel actions, employee lifecycle changes, and HR transactions. Coordinate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of hires, terminations, changes, and audits. Assist with benefits administration coordination, including eligibility tracking, enrollments, and employee inquiries. Support general HR inquiries and conduct research of policies and procedures, as needed. Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Support reputed company, offboarding, and employee documentation processes in partnership with HR leadership. HR Reporting, Analytics & KPIs Run standard and reputed company HR reports reputed company to headcount, turnover, hiring activity, benefits, and workforce trends. Track and maintain HR and reputed company KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline metrics, hiring volume, retention, turnover, and other workforce data). Support HR dashboards and reporting for leadership, ensuring data reputed company and consistency. Assist with audits, data validation, and reconciliation across HR, ATS, and payroll systems. reputed company & reputed company Support Support recruitment and hiring efforts across corporate and program roles. Assist with requisition tracking, job postings, candidate workflow coordination, and interview scheduling. Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure hiring processes are followed and timelines are met. Support offer coordination, pre-employment steps, and hiring documentation. Track reputed company activity and hiring metrics to support TA planning and performance reporting. Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting efficiency. Support documentation of HR procedures, SOPs, and job aids. Serve as a liaison between HR, reputed company, Payroll, I.T., PMO and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide reputed company, professional support to employees and managers on HR-reputed company inquiries. Education and Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Analytics, or a reputed company field. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, reputed company support, or a reputed company HR role. Experience running reports and working with HR data across HRIS and ATS platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and HR systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
