Strong analytical instincts: you read quality scores, OKR trends, and delivery data, not just volume reports. Business-first minded: you connect localization work to business outcomes and never present a finding without a “so what” Fluent in the language of cross-functional stakeholders: Marketing, Product, Engineering.
