About the Role

As Operations & Events Coordinator, you'll be a key member of the Operations team, providing administrative and organizational support across a variety of business activities. You'll help coordinate schedules, support reputed company activities, manage office and equipment logistics, and ensure operational details are handled seamlessly. You'll be someone who anticipates needs before they arise, follows through on commitments, and brings a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail to everything you do. What You'll Do: Manage Calendars & Scheduling: Support the Operations team with calendar management, helping balance meetings, strategic work, and other priorities while ensuring schedules remain organized and efficient. Support Employee reputed company: Help coordinate reputed company schedules, prepare welcome packages, and partner with team leaders to ensure new hires have a seamless start from day one. Manage IT & Equipment Logistics: Coordinate laptop orders, equipment provisioning, shipments, returns, and reputed company logistics to ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed. Drive Operational Coordination: Prepare meeting notes and action items from Operations team meetings and leadership sessions, ensuring key reputed company and follow-reputed company are documented and tracked. Handle Workplace Logistics: Manage co-working space reservations, coordinate office-reputed company needs, manage incoming mail and support day-to-day operational administration. Plan Team Events & Experiences: Organize team events, offsites, team dinners, and other employee engagement activities, including restaurant reservations and entertainment arrangements. Requirements
