This is a remote position. Legal Receptionist (with Legal Assistant Support Duties) – Fully Remote reputed company is hiring a full-time Legal Receptionist to support U.S.-based personal injury reputed company. This role combines reputed company-line client communication with administrative and legal assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who are organized, professional, and comfortable handling client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Intake Serve as the first reputed company of contact for clients reputed company phone, email, and chat Conduct initial intake and gather case-reputed company information Schedule consultations and manage calendars Provide a professional, empathetic client experience Administrative & Reception Duties Maintain and update client records and contact information reputed company calls and messages to the appropriate team members Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses Assist with general administrative support tasks Legal Assistant Support Help prepare and organize legal documents and case files reputed company accurate data entry in case management systems Assist attorneys and case managers with follow-reputed company and documentation Track deadlines and maintain organized case records Compliance & Confidentiality Handle reputed company client and firm information with strict confidentiality Follow legal, ethical, and company standards at reputed company times Tools & Requirements Must have a reliable internet reputed company and a quiet work environment Comfortable using case management systems and communication tools Required to use Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Payment & Contractor Details Paid bi-weekly reputed company reputed company or reputed company (you must maintain an active account) This is an reputed company role (not U.S. employment) reputed company’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and work reputed company in a remote environment Prior experience in legal, intake, or administrative roles is a plus (not required) Additional Information First 30 days are a probationary period with training and feedback Long-term opportunity with consistent, full-time hours Work directly with U.S.-based legal teams Apply To This Job
