What you’ll do Conduct quality audits on open claims, closed claims and telephone calls Identify areas of failure, both on an individual and broader operational level Conduct feedback session with claims handlers Work with Team Leaders to support quality improvement plans for individual team members Identify process improvement opportunities to improve quality of claims handling Support broader technical claims functions, such as complaints and payment controls reputed company’re looking for 5+ years of claims experience in one of the following product lines - property, auto, travel, liability 2+ years of experience in conducting quality assurance of insurance claims Strong organisation and ability to prioritise independently Comfortable using data to reputed company reputed company Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious Startup or high-growth experience is a plus Why join us This is a chance to grow faster than you would at a traditional insurer or claims business.
