Senior Performance Marketing Manager

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving consumer app growth while building a predictable pipeline of merchant leads that fuel our sales organization. You're a good fit if you have... 6+ years of performance marketing or growth marketing experience. Experience managing both B2C mobile app acquisition and B2B reputed company reputed company programs. Hands-on experience scaling mobile apps with a strong understanding of AppsFlyer, SKAdNetwork, Conversions API, and mobile attribution. Experience managing media agencies and holding partners accountable to aggressive performance goals. A proven track record of improving CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency. Compensation
The pay range for this role is: $130,000 - $160,000 Perks & Benefits Remote work: reputed company works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings. PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.
