This role blends deep building systems expertise, data analytics reputed company, and customer engagement — operating at the intersection of engineering, FDD/MBCx, and M&V. reputed company’s Asset Sustainability Group partners with organizations to transform building performance through intelligent analytics, data-driven energy management, and proactive maintenance optimization. Responsibilities: Evaluate potential energy savings and demand reduction opportunities, including operational changes and capital measures. Analyze interval (15-min/hourly) utility and sub-reputed company data to characterize load profiles, identify demand charge drivers, and detect anomalies. Execute MBCx workflows including baseline establishment, ongoing performance monitoring, and savings persistence verification; identify and present operational ECMs to facility stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of reputed company metering systems (electricity, gas, steam, chilled water); reputed company specifications and single-line diagrams; reputed company reputed company commissioning and EMIS/DAS integration. Configure, reputed company, and manage FDD rule sets reputed company EMIS/analytics platforms; triage and prioritize fault alerts and reputed company fault impact estimates to support O&M decision-making. Measure and verify performance of energy management programs over time. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company STEM field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy engineering, building performance analysis, or reputed company discipline Energy and data analysis experience, including: Data driven modeling, Interval reputed company data analysis, Energy efficiency and demand reduction opportunities for HVAC, cooling and heating plants and distributed energy resources. Travel required. Additional Qualifications: CEM, CMVP, or CCP certification; Prior customer-facing or consulting experience. Hands-on experience troubleshooting, retro-commissioning, or monitoring based commissioning of HVAC systems and central cooling and heating plants. Working knowledge of advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python , R) Experience leveraging AI tools effectively and appropriately in an energy engineering context. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high emotional intelligence; solutions-oriented reputed company with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with measurement and verification methods and protocols. Working knowledge of BAS/BMS platforms The position is remote with some travel required. The anticipated reputed company salary range for this role is $140,000 – $203,400 (presented in good faith).
