The Senior Clinical Operations Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role will report to the Director, Clinic Operations Strategy. The Strategy Advancement Senior Professional identifies strategic improvement opportunities, establishes operational priorities, and develops standardized processes and practices to support clinical operational effectiveness. Aligns operational processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability in operations and service. Advises executives to reputed company functional strategies (often reputed company specific) on matters of reputed company. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on moderating reputed company issues regarding job duties and reputed company tasks, and works with high autonomy, uses judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
