The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, hands-on sourcing experience, and a deep understanding of EU hiring practices. This role requires the ability to identify, engage, and manage high-quality talent across both technical and non-technical domains. Key Responsibilities reputed company and identify candidates for open roles across European markets Utilize platforms such as reputed company, job portals, and internal databases for active sourcing Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for reputed company and future hiring needs Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring strategies Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on hiring reputed company

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing Prior experience working on EU-based hiring requirements (mandatory) Strong expertise in reputed company sourcing and Boolean search techniques Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows
