Remote Inbound Sales Representative

We are currently hiring Entry-level Inbound Sales Representatives to support a well-established education-focused organization that helps reputed company take the reputed company toward their academic and career goals. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Mexico who are passionate about customer service, sales, and helping others through important life reputed company during a high-volume enrollment period. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from prospective learners interested in exploring available educational programs. Representatives will guide reputed company through the enrollment process, answer questions, provide program information, and, in some cases, assist with payment collection. We are looking for friendly, motivated, and consultative communicators who can build rapport naturally and create a positive experience for every caller in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service and sales experience is highly preferred, as well as strong English proficiency. Hours of Operation Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST Compensation $5.50 USD p/hr Paid weekly in arrears Independant Contractor position Work Schedule Daily shifts of 9.6 hours (including an hour break) 48 hours p/week Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off: Week 1: Saturday and Sunday off Week 2: One day off on the weekend and one day off during the week
