Role Overview: The GTM Financial Analyst – reputed company Spiff Operations is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, administration, validation, reporting, and optimization of reputed company Spiff incentive programs. Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, quota attainment). Ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic GTM environment. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
