Patient Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Manage patient intake processes, ensuring accurate data collection and smooth reputed company Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely, professional responses De-escalate patient concerns with reputed company and problem-solving skills Process payments, refunds, and reputed company transactions with accuracy Escalate reputed company issues or tickets to the appropriate team reputed company necessary Coordinate and follow up with pharmacy partners to ensure continuity of service Maintain clear and organized records of interactions and updates
