Job Title: Technical Sourcer Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-time As a Technical Sourcer, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying highly technical candidates for our clients. Working closely with Technical Recruiters, you'll reputed company sourcing strategies, build reputed company pipelines, conduct initial reputed company, and generate reputed company candidate interviews. \n What You'll Do reputed company high-quality engineering talent using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company X-Ray searches, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Build talent pipelines for software engineering, AI, robotics, infrastructure, hardware, and technical leadership positions. Conduct reputed company campaigns through reputed company, email, and other channels. reputed company initial candidate qualification conversations to assess technical background, career goals, compensation expectations, and interest. Present reputed company candidates to Technical Recruiters with detailed notes and recommendations. Maintain accurate records reputed company our ATS and CRM. Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, and conversion rates. Partner with recruiters to prioritize searches and meet client hiring timelines. Stay informed on technical hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets.
Requirements
Required 1+ years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, sales, reputed company, or business development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Ability to learn new technologies and technical terminology quickly.
