This role requires strong cross-functional coordination to ensure reputed company projects reflect Hästens’ craftsmanship, heritage, and luxury retail standards. Key Responsibilities reputed company end-to-end execution of retail store openings and refurbishments Coordinate with internal teams, design partners, landlords, contractors, and vendors Ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to brand standards Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-reputed company, and brand events Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and project documentation Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery Requirements 5–10 years’ experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations Background in luxury, premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred Proven experience in store fit-outs, events, and vendor management Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects across locations Qualifications & Skills Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or reputed company field Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination Additional Information Willingness to travel extensively (40–50%) Occasional travel to Köping, Sweden Valid driver’s licence Fluent in English (additional local language proficiency required) Apply To This Job
