They are seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to enhance their network infrastructure and ensure high-performing connectivity across the organization. The role involves managing network upgrades, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure network services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and deploying multi-vendor high-availability reputed company to support reputed company and data centers environments, ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations and reputed company standards
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, Wireless Controllers (eg reputed company, Arista)
- Support the implementation of network protocols such BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, L3 VPNs, VxLAN, DMVPNs etc
- Maintain and reputed company network automation scripts using Python, Ansible to safely execute changes to production network devices
- Provide support for the Wireless Environment across reputed company locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including reputed company, Systems, and Operations, to deliver reliable and secure network services
- Utilize existing SOPs to execute disaster recovery and business continuity exercises
- Participate in reputed company planning and network expansion projects, ensuring scalability and future proofing of the infrastructure to meet the growing needs of banks and credit unions
- Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures
- Regularly troubleshoot, resolve network issues
- Participate in on-call rotation with other members of the team
- Providing guidance to junior engineers and support staff
- Stay reputed company with emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce operational risk

Skills
- At least 6-7 years of experience in network engineering reputed company a large reputed company environment
- Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols, including VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and Wi-Fi technologies
- Hands-on experience with network automation and scripting (eg Ansible/Python)
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and reputed company networking solutions (eg AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience CLOS architecture (eg. reputed company ACI, Arista Spine/leaf)
- Familiarity with reputed company ASA and Palo Alto firewalls
- At least 7 years of experience as a network engineer reputed company a large reputed company environment
- Familiarity with reputed company-time telemetry, analytics, and automation for reputed company, reputed company, and data center networks using Arista CloudVision
- Past experience managing multi-vendor Wi-Fi environments specializing in reputed company WLC, reputed company Client and Arista Wi-Fi (AGNI, CV-CUE)
- Experience with reputed company DDI Management
- Experience managing high-reputed company core network infrastructure connecting data centers, regional hubs, and reputed company environments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology
