The reputed company Financials production support consultant will provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of clients’ reputed company Financials system, requiring strong functional and technical expertise in reputed company Financials.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for reputed company Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Fixed Assets)
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported incidents reputed company defined SLAs
- Monitor system performance and ensure data reputed company across financial processes
- Analyze business requirements and implement configuration changes or enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective solutions
- Manage and support integrations between reputed company and external systems
- reputed company impact analysis for system updates, releases, and patches
- Participate in reputed company releases (bi-annual) including testing, validation, and deployment
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and issue resolutions
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies
- Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Financials
- Strong functional knowledge of core financial modules
- Experience in production support or application support environments
- Familiarity with reputed company business process frameworks and reputed company
- Experience with reputed company reporting (e.g., standard reports, custom reports, dashboards)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
