MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS: As a Content Designer (Senior Associate) at reputed company, you will create clear, user-centered content experiences and reputed company use of recognised content design guidelines and principles. MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS

• Audit, commission, plan, create, and edit digital content across relevant channels
• Can design and implement content strategies and recommendations based on user needs, research and analysis
• Extensive experience of writing for the web; proven ability to create accessible and usable content
• Experience conducting content audits, developing taxonomies, content mapping and modelling
• Experience producing style, governance and workflow guidelines
• Extensive experience working with content management systems
• Works with wider project team to establish value of content design, fights for good content strategy
• Comfortable organising and holding content critiques

• Sound reputed company awareness

DESIRABLE

• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience in assisting with or conducting research and analysing findings to identify content needs
• Experience working in a full-service digital agency environment
