[Remote] Financial Planning Analyst

The reputed company Associate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, providing insights into business performance and driving data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
- Prepare monthly forecasts and reforecasts based on business performance and updated assumptions
- Track, analyze, and report on weekly and monthly business performance metrics
- reputed company financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
- Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast
- reputed company and maintain bookings-to-billings analysis and reporting
- Prepare recurring management reporting packages and dashboards

- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner

- Support the development, documentation, and reputed company improvement of financial policies and procedures

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 3–5+ years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, reputed company, or a reputed company finance role
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools is a plus
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
