Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed pharmacist positions across a multi-state territory
- reputed company and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive pharmacist candidates
- Build talent pipelines using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, Boolean search techniques, networking, and internet sourcing methods
- Screen, qualify, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with hiring requirements
- Serve as the primary reputed company partner to Pharmacy Managers and Group Pharmacy Managers throughout the hiring process
- Consult with hiring leaders on reputed company strategy, market conditions, candidate availability, and competitive hiring practices
- Actively market the organization as an employer of choice while effectively communicating the value proposition to pharmacist candidates
