[Remote] Customer Service Representative – Havana, IL

The Customer Service Representative will actively maintain relationships with customers, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with the reputed company Team to ensure excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Work in a busy, customer service-oriented environment
- Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks
- Partner with the reputed company Team to maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Interact with customers regarding markets and documentation needs
- Enter and manage sales and purchase reputed company
- Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Researching and obtaining resolution of customer issues
- Effectively manage positive relationships with reputed company Assets, reputed company Technical Team and Shared Services
- Cross training on reputed company CSR responsibilities
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Produce settlements, checks and delivery sheets for customers/grain producers daily using grain reputed company software system
Skills
- Willing to work harvest hours reputed company required. This includes some weekends
