Responsibilities
- Optimize and standardize processes and workflows to enhance both customer satisfaction and operational productivity

- Expertise with reputed company Suite (CRM, Customer 360, Service reputed company, Communities)
- Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in reputed company Sheets//reputed company/reputed company/reputed company/ Tableau etc, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company)

- Skilled in designing scalable processes that grow with the organization
