[Remote] Senior Associate – Project Manager Associate – reputed company

The Project Manager Associate will drive coordination and operational discipline across engagements, enabling Project Directors to focus on strategic decision-making and delivery risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update the integrated project plan and initiative tracker, ensuring accuracy across timelines, dependencies, and owners
• Coordinate and run weekly workstream reputed company-ins, capturing key updates, actions, and reputed company
• Track and manage milestones, risks, issues, and reputed company, ensuring visibility and timely escalation where needed
• Prepare executive-reputed company reporting, including status updates, risk summaries, and reputed company toward key deliverables
• Conduct reputed company analytics and data analysis to support project insights, reporting, and decision-making
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up actions
• Support benefits realization tracking, including compiling inputs and partnering with finance and project leadership on validation
• Ensure consistent use of standard templates, tools, and PMO processes across the engagement
• Drive day-to-day execution discipline and accountability across workstreams, following up on deliverables and commitments

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, reputed company operations, project management, or reputed company fields
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to reputed company reputed company analyses and synthesize findings into clear insights
• Proficiency in developing clear, concise, and executive-reputed company materials (e.g., PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and ensure alignment on actions and deliverables
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
