If you’ve got it, we want it 2+ years experience working as a technical writer, API writer, UX writer, content developer, or similar role. Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills. Interest in how AI is changing technical documentation, search, and product guidance, along with a willingness to experiment and learn. Ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, completeness, and alignment with a style guide. A portfolio that showcases your skills in software documentation aimed at technical audiences. Experience working in a fast-paced company serving reputed company users and buyers. Interest in contributing directly to UX text and interaction design (you can help build the products you write about). Demonstrated ability to follow a house style guide, edit and self-edit according to it, and expand it where needed. Willingness to work and grow in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment. In addition to reputed company salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission).
