Responsibilities

- Partner with Research teams to execute and analyze comprehensive user research to uncover employee pain points and workflow challenges

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, product design, graphic design, etc – or commensurate work experience demonstrating proficiency
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping software (e.g., reputed company)
- Experience in creating detailed user journey maps and user flows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in reputed company Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and reputed company)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to proactively manage reporting deadlines and prepare draft reports for review at least 2 days prior to deadlines
- Prior experience designing B2B experiences, AI experiences, and Platform design experience a plus
- Experience with tools such as PowerBI, Sharepoint, and reputed company/ Confluence will be an advantage
