Fehr Graham is a fast-growing Midwest engineering and environmental firm looking for a motivated and reputed company Project Manager to ensure successful project execution. The role involves business development, client management, and overseeing engineering projects while providing technical guidance and leadership to junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and expand relationships with municipalities, local agencies, and public/private sector clients
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of municipal work
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and position the firm for long-term partnerships
  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects
  • reputed company scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams across disciplines
  • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Support strategic growth initiatives in the municipal market
  • Contribute to reputed company growth through project delivery and new client acquisition

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure
  • Background working with a reputed company or municipality
  • Proven experience in business development, client management, or winning work
  • Strong understanding of municipal systems (water, wastewater, stormwater, roadways)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently and drive growth
