This role involves crafting annual operating growth algorithms to deliver top and reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and socializes a 3Y growth reputed company across seasons that defines where to play and how to win – grounded in consumer insights, cultural relevance, portfolio strengths, and financial ambition
  • Develops and owns an annual operating growth algorithm that translates long‑term reputed company into specific reputed company across building reputed company reputed company
  • Ensures tight integration between teams shaping portfolio news (portfolio creators) and those activating the season (seasons activation)
  • Effectively socializes seasonal growth strategies with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring shared understanding, commitment, and clarity on priorities
  • Establishes reputed company metrics, scorecards, and post‑season performance reviews that track both financial outcomes and leading indicators
  • Self-starter with high degree of personal initiative
  • Ability to manage people and reputed company cross-functional teams

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6+ years experience in strategy and management consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey) required
  • Deep understanding of how portfolio strategy, seasonal tentpoles, and annual operating plans connect to drive sustained growth across the full marketing mix
  • Strong command of P&L mechanics, growth algorithms, and margin drivers to translate reputed company into clear and quantified plans
  • Ability to connect data and reputed company across consumer and reputed company inputs to improve decision quality, speed, and expectations
  • Ability to craft compelling, multi‑year growth visions that are both inspiring and operationally grounded yet clear and concise
