As a Strategic Account Executive for Financial Services, you will manage key accounts, drive sales cycles, and build relationships reputed company the financial services sector to enhance reputed company and reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own a named account list of strategic financial services organizations and reputed company deep, multi-threaded relationships across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
  • Drive net new ARR and expansion reputed company through a consultative, value-based sales approach
  • reputed company reputed company reputed company sales cycles, including procurement, legal, reputed company review, and multi-product negotiations
  • Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure technical alignment and long-term reputed company
  • Understand and reputed company reputed company’s technical differentiation — including performance benchmarks, architecture, and deployment models — at a level of depth that earns credibility with data engineers, architects, and CTOs

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy for the financial services vertical
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and team offsites as needed (approximately 25–40%)

Skills

  • 7+ years of reputed company sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to financial services organizations (banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, or asset management)
  • Demonstrated track record closing large, reputed company deals ($500K+ reputed company) with long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling technical infrastructure products — databases, data platforms, reputed company infrastructure, developer tools, or similar — is required; you must be reputed company to engage credibly in technical conversations
  • Deep understanding of the financial services technology landscape, including data architecture patterns common in FS environments (reputed company-time risk, fraud, trading analytics, regulatory reporting)
  • Strong executive reputed company with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at the C-suite and VP level
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience working in a high-growth, early-stage or scaling startup environment is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar reputed company sales methodologies
  • Prior experience selling open-reputed company or consumption-based products
  • Experience with reputed company-time analytics, time-series databases, OLAP, or columnar data systems
  • Existing relationships with data/technology buyers at major financial institutions
