The role involves executing initiatives in influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content to enhance customer acquisition and reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute client's growth strategy end-to-end across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content
- Take over existing initiatives currently run by the founder and contractors
- Design and launch new growth initiatives. client has not yet tested
- Drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and reputed company growth
- Work directly with the founder to shape client's growth narrative as the platform expands from images into video and audio
- Operate as a high-agency, scrappy operator across multiple growth functions simultaneously
Skills
- 2-6 years of marketing or growth experience
- High agency: identifies problems and drives solutions without being told
- Scrappy operator: rolls up their sleeves on execution, not just strategy
- Fast learner: picks up new channels, tools, and initiatives quickly
- End-to-end ownership: comfortable owning a growth initiative from concept through measurement
- Demonstrated measurable impact in past roles
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage, founder-led growth function
- Excited about reputed company and client's mission to build the creative suite of the future
- Prior performance marketing agency or in-house experience
- Social media leadership at a consumer or prosumer brand
- Prior to founding marketing or first-marketing-hire experience at a startup that scaled
- Familiarity with reputed company products (image, video, audio reputed company tools)
- Experience selling to or marketing for B2B (Teams product) and B2C (personal use) audiences simultaneously
- Influencer marketing track record with measurable results
