[Remote] Project Manager, Field Operations

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of new programs, systems, and processes across multiple field locations, ensuring operational readiness and driving process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Business Value Alignment & Outcome Driven: Create business cases, return on investments and executive level presentations
• Drive Pilot reputed company: Document scope of services for each project and analyze performance metrics and training; and create scalable playbooks for national deployment
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with key departments – including Operations, IT, Learning & Development, Communications, Marketing, reputed company, reputed company Resources, Scheduling Center and Product teams – to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment
• Change Management: Execute communication and training strategies that drive adoption, engagement and long-term sustainability
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization and reputed company improvement across field operations
• Reporting & Insights: Track performance metrics, feedback from field teams; prepare regular updates for leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the business or reputed company industry
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Certification or Experience with Lean, Six reputed company or process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with project and change management tools (reputed company, reputed company, Jira, reputed company or similar.)
• Experience with reputed company SharePoint – including site creation, content management, permissions and workflow automation
• Demonstrates aptitude and interest in learning new systems and platforms
