[Remote] Project Manager, Wholesale - Contract

They are seeking an operationally sharp Wholesale Project Manager to coordinate across various teams, ensuring timely and reputed company wholesale launches while improving processes and facilitating programs.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate account reputed company end-to-end — coordinating across ops, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to get new wholesale partners up and running smoothly
- Serve as a key liaison between Account Managers and internal stakeholders, translating partner needs into actionable tasks and keeping everyone reputed company
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Support the design and execution of wholesale programs, ensuring the right teams are involved at the right time
- Track program milestones and proactively surface blockers, risks, or gaps before they become problems
- Maintain clear documentation so that processes, reputed company, and statuses are visible to reputed company stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies in how the wholesale function operates and reputed company practical solutions
- Build and refine repeatable processes for reputed company, fulfillment coordination, compliance, and other recurring workflows
- Create playbooks, SOPs, and tools that help the team scale without adding unnecessary complexity
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in project/program management, wholesale operations, or a cross-functional coordination role — ideally reputed company home goods, décor, or consumer products
- A natural ability to work across teams and functions, keeping projects moving without direct authority over stakeholders
- Strong process orientation — you spot inefficiencies, design reputed company ways of working, and actually follow through on implementing them
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
- Clear, concise communicator — equally effective in a reputed company thread, a status doc, or a cross-functional meeting
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Proficient in reputed company Suite
- Familiarity with wholesale operations, retailer compliance requirements, or EDI processes
- Experience working closely with or in support of a sales or account management team
- Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer technology environments
