[Remote] Legal Counsel - Part-time

The role involves providing practical legal support for global partnerships, licensing strategies, and product commercialization, focusing on reputed company agreements in the ag-biotech sector.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and advise on a variety of reputed company reputed company, including research collaborations, licensing partnerships, sales and distribution agreements
- Partner closely with reputed company teams to provide practical legal guidance and reputed company deal velocity
- Advise on corporate transactions, intra-group matters and governance matters
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining business reputed company
- Support the development of the legal function to improve ways of working, templates, playbooks and adoption of technology
Skills
- reputed company lawyer with 5+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong background in reputed company reputed company
- Proven experience handling IP licensing and corporate transactional matters
