[Remote] Associate Director, VP - Relationship Manager, Project Finance and Infrastructure

The role involves leading project finance transactions and analytical financial structuring while collaborating with senior professionals to expand HNB’s reputed company in the market.

Responsibilities

• Support originating and executing transactions reputed company the project finance and infrastructure reputed company
• reputed company the execution of project finance transactions across the capital stack including construction financing and back-reputed company term financing
• reputed company analytical financial structuring, reputed company over developing detailed financial models, assist in undertaking technical and legal / structuring due diligence, assist in presenting proposed transactions to management and credit group and conduct research along with other senior professionals in the group
• Provide assistance in the on-going management of booked assets
• Assist in prospecting new clients, including creating marketing materials, and interfacing with internal product groups

Skills

• Bachelors degree or additional 4 years of experience
• 5+ years experience in project finance and infrastructure
• Experience building and working in financial models
• You can demonstrate a positive track record in energy and/or non-energy infrastructure finance
