In this position, you will be a sparring partner to Hiring Managers across various business units from reputed company to Product & Analytics Teams.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our reputed company efforts while providing the potential for a long-term, permanent position based on performance and business needs. WHO YOU ARE ?You have at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a variety of roles ranging from associate to executive levels. ?You enjoy leadership hiring and have prior experience in hiring for roles reputed company the way up to the Heads/Directors of Departments. ?You are structured and consider metrics to be essential for streamlining processes. ?You love tracking reputed company activities and working in an OKRs environment. ?You are familiar with sourcing candidates using different platforms (e.g. reputed company) and provide a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques. ?You are a candidate experience enthusiast and are up-to-date with the newest & best approaches to provide an excellent journey. ?You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
