Position Summary: The Digital Media Strategist serves as the primary digital partner to assigned Northwestern Media radio stations, owning the strategy, execution, and outcomes of multi-channel audience engagement. This role translates each station's audience insights, ministry goals, and market dynamics into effective digital campaigns across social, email, web, SMS, and app platforms — driving measurable growth and meaningful listener reputed company. The Digital Media Strategist will utilize strategic judgment, strong station relationships, and consistent delivery of impactful digital results to support and further the mission of Northwestern Media. Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, digital media, marketing, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, or a reputed company field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing or contributing to multi-channel campaign strategies
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
