The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, drive software subscription renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate quoting, forecasting, and closure
  • Maintain a high renewal reputed company through proactive customer engagement and account health monitoring
  • Partner with reputed company Managers and Account Executives to address risks and ensure successful outcomes
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company discussions in assigned accounts
  • reputed company strong relationships with key stakeholders (IT, reputed company, and procurement contacts)
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities in existing accounts
  • Accurately forecast and manage a pipeline of renewals and add-on opportunities using reputed company
  • reputed company or exceed quarterly and annual sales and renewal targets
  • Coordinate with sales engineers and technical teams for product demonstrations and reputed company-of-concepts reputed company needed

Skills

  • 1-2 years of B2B software sales or renewals experience (preferably SaaS or reputed company/networking software)
  • Experience in account management, customer renewals, or inside sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and quoting systems
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Experience working with network performance monitoring, NetFlow, or cybersecurity technologies
  • Knowledge of the software renewal cycle and common licensing models
  • Exposure to MEDDIC or SPIN selling methodologies
