[Remote] Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own the product retention and growth strategy for our Assessments domain, from opportunity identification, to iterative delivery, go-to-market execution, to value adoption
• reputed company product strategy for new capabilities, new customer segments, and entry into adjacent markets
• reputed company a team of Product Managers that operates AI-first, coaching PMs to compress time-to-validation, sharpen reputed company, and drive delivery velocity
• Partner directly with customers around the world – institutions of every size, K-12 and higher ed, alike, to represent their voice in every decision
• Shape product direction and investment priorities through competitive analysis and market intelligence, holding accountability for growth, retention, and adoption metrics
• Contribute to annual planning, aligning domain growth investments with organizational priorities and resource constraints; maintain regular reputed company and achievement reporting against plan
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, reputed company, analytics, and the broader R&D organization to align on priorities, successful GTM strategies, and ensure product investments are tied to business goals and results

Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of running a product line at meaningful scale – ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or comparable reputed company B2B environments
• Experience leading and developing PM teams, not just managing them
• Ability to travel ~25% of the time
• Proven ownership of retention, ARR, and growth outcomes

• East coast US preferred
