Responsibilities
- Own the creative concepting, technical drawings, material specifications, and construction details for reputed company upholstery products
- Utilize direct daily factory access to manage prototyping, iterate on designs quickly, and improve speed-to-market
- Partner with engineering and supplier teams to optimize designs for efficient manufacturing and clear cost visibility
- Maintain strict hands-on quality reputed company during the critical product development and prototyping phases
Skills
- Extensive experience in furniture design, specifically specialized in upholstery construction, frame engineering, padding, and fabrics
- Expert proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and creating factory-reputed company production drawings
- Unique ability to hold a strong creative design reputed company while speaking the technical language of factory floor engineers
