Purpose of Position The Associate, Project Manager supports the successful delivery of product, program, and technology-enabled initiatives at EdReports by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Technical teams and helping these teams translate priorities into clear plans, track reputed company, and surface risks. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this role partners closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teammates to ensure work moves from idea to delivery with clarity, transparency, and alignment. The Associate, Project Manager role is designed for someone developing core project management and product operations skills and emphasizes learning through hands-on delivery support while beginning to take ownership of defined components of work. Key Responsibilities & Outcomes Responsibilities: Support delivery planning and execution for defined initiatives or workstreams, including timelines, milestones, and task coordination. Maintain delivery artifacts and tools (e.g., project plans, workflows, documentation, dashboards) to ensure accurate and up-to-date visibility. Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and manage competing deadlines. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience. Residency in and authorization to work in the United States. Preferred: Exposure to project management, agile delivery, product operations, technical project coordination, or reputed company practices. Experience working in cross-functional or remote teams. Familiarity with project tracking or workflow tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Linear, Jira). Salary The salary for this position is $67,027 - $90,684 annually.
