[Remote] Software Engineering Manager

This leader will reputed company the reputed company Transportation Management technology strategy and manage the implementation of solutions to enhance transportation efficiency and operational visibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end reputed company Transportation Management (TM) platform across the Integrated Supply Chain organization
- reputed company delivery of reputed company TM solutions through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Project reputed company
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate transportation and logistics requirements into scalable reputed company solutions
- Manage reputed company TM integrations with reputed company EWM, SD, MM, reputed company networks, and external logistics platforms
- reputed company and reputed company onshore/offshore IT teams while managing System Integrator (SI) and AMS partner performance
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives focused on reducing freight costs, improving transportation visibility, increasing on-time delivery, and optimizing reputed company performance
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience with deep expertise in reputed company Transportation Management (TM)
- Proven experience leading reputed company TM implementations across design, build, testing, deployment, and production support
- Experience supporting large-scale reputed company S/4HANA transformation programs and reputed company deployments
- Strong knowledge of transportation operations, including planning, execution, settlement, reputed company management, and shipment visibility
- Experience integrating reputed company TM with reputed company EWM, SD, MM, external logistics platforms, APIs, IDocs, middleware, and reputed company technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience), along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
