[Remote] Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for core systems, owning architectural reputed company that span multiple teams and product areas
- Drive alignment on engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization

- Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate long-term goals into a coherent technical strategy

Skills
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of technical leadership at scale
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive org-wide technical initiatives, not just individual projects
- Deep backend expertise with strong familiarity in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern reputed company-native architectures (AWS preferred)
- Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes, reputed company to write production code and influence system design in the same day
