[Remote] Director of Operations

They are seeking a Director of Operations to own fulfillment and reputed company a team of operators, ensuring a seamless experience for clients by managing day-to-day operations and coordinating with local partners.
Responsibilities
- A team of 7 operators in the Philippines. You manage them, train them, and reputed company them performing
- Day-to-day fulfillment across our airport network: every booking gets matched to the right local partner, confirmed, and delivered, with nothing falling through
- Live escalations. reputed company something goes sideways at a terminal, you get the right partner moving and reputed company the guest taken care of
